Welcome to The Un-uniform Club! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dinkcredible website, services, and products. By using our site, you agree to these termsβit's how we keep the game fun and fair for everyone.
1. The Goods (Products)
-
Design-Ready Customization: We offer customization based on our existing design templates. We reserve the right to refuse any custom text or imagery that is offensive, defamatory, or violates intellectual property laws. If we flag an issue with your design, we will contact you immediately to find a witty and appropriate alternative.
-
Accuracy: We strive to be as accurate as possible regarding product descriptions, colors, and specifications. However, due to screen variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will perfectly match the final product color.
2. The Playbook (Ordering & Payment)
-
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
-
Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
3. Intellectual Property (The Creative Stuff)
-
Our Stuff: All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, and our "design-ready" templates, is the property of Dinkcredible and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
-
Your Stuff: By submitting your customized text, names, or graphics for printing, you confirm you have the right to use that text/graphic and grant Dinkcredible a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
4. Limitation of Liability
Dinkcredible shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, to the fullest extent permitted by Australian law.
