3. Dinkcredible Shipping Policy

You've designed the gear. Now let's get it to the court! We know the wait can be tough, but remember, good design takes time.

Custom Paddles & Apparel: Every customized item is made-to-order. Our current production turnaround time is 10-14 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. This time is for production only and does not include shipping time.

Shipping Region: We proudly ship to players across Australia only. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Time: Once your order is complete, shipping time is between 3-7 business days
Total Delivery Estimate: Production Time + Shipping Time = Your estimated total wait. For example, 10-14 business days production + 3-7 business days shipping.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Fees: We charge a flat shipping fee of $19.95.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once the package leaves our facility, its transit time is governed by the carrier.
Incorrect Address: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
